This Privacy Policy explains how the "Invoice Data Extractor" Chrome Extension ("the Extension") collects, uses, and protects user information.
The Extension is designed to extract patient information and medication details directly from the active hospital web page in your browser for the sole purpose of formatting and generating a printable document.
What data is extracted?
All data extraction and processing occurs strictly locally on your device.
The Extension does not send, transmit, or upload any patient data, medical records, or personally identifiable information (PII) to any external servers, cloud databases, or third-party tracking services.
The Extension uses Google Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local) purely as a temporary bridge to transfer the extracted data from the hospital webpage tab to the newly generated Print tab.
This local data is overwritten on every new extraction and remains entirely within the boundaries of your local computer. It is never synced to your Google Account.
To verify your purchase and prevent unauthorized use, the Extension requires a license key. When you activate or validate your license, the Extension transmits the following information to our licensing server (ahmedadli.com):
This data is used strictly for license validation. It is not linked to your identity, and no patient data or extraction history is ever sent to the licensing server.
The Extension does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools. It does utilize Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) to load the "Cairo" font for printing purposes, which follows standard Google privacy practices regarding basic web requests.
We certify compliance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy:
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within this document.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact the developer at [email protected].
